Raffle Rules

1. All purchasers of Raffle tickets must be 18 year of age or older to enter. If purchase is on behalf of a corporation, limited liability company, trust or other legal entity, said entity must be in good standing with the State of Montana to purchase and win. It is the responsibility of the raffle winner to report prize winning as income for tax purposes and the Raffle winner is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Raffle winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. A letter to the raffle winner will be provided by Make My House Green outlining the value of the real property. The drawing is void wherever prohibited.
2. Winner need not be present to win.
3. All raffle ticket information must be legible. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsors.
4. The Winner will be notified by mail and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") within 5 days of the date of notification.
   If for any reason the raffle is canceled, Make My Home Green must reimburse each raffle ticket purchaser within sixty (60) days of the drawing cancellation date, but may retain up to 1% of the ticket price for administrative costs.
5. Participation in Raffle and acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, biographical information and/or any statements made by the winner regarding the Raffle or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6. The Raffle winner, by accepting the prize, agrees that the prize is awarded on the express condition that Make My Home Green, and its agents, representatives, and employees will not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses and/or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use or non-use of the raffle prize.

By participating, purchaser agrees on his/her behalf, and on behalf of his/her respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, partners, licensees, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, lost profits, tax liability, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with participation in Raffle, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Raffle-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and prize delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. If purchaser does not comply with these Official Rules, or attempts to interfere with this Raffle in any way, he/she will be disqualified. Causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Gallatin County Montana, which court shall apply the laws of the Montana. In any such dispute, participant shall, under no circumstances, be entitled to attorneys' fees and participant hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
